1. Agreement and contracted scope

Use of AlloraHR is subject to these terms and, for customers, the signed proposal, order form, statement of work or master agreement. Signed commercial documents control if they conflict with this public text.

2. Accounts and authorized users

Customers are responsible for authorized users, accurate registration information, credential confidentiality and timely removal of access. Users must not share accounts or bypass assigned permissions.

3. Acceptable use

The service may not be used unlawfully, to infringe rights, introduce malicious code, probe or disrupt systems, scrape protected information, reverse engineer restricted components or access another customer’s data.

4. Customer data

Customers retain ownership of their data and are responsible for its legality, accuracy, notices, consents and instructions. AlloraHR processes it to provide the contracted services and as otherwise permitted by agreement and law.

5. Fees, availability and changes

Fees, taxes, billing cycle, modules, support and service commitments are defined in the commercial agreement. Maintenance, dependencies and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

6. Intellectual property and confidentiality

AlloraHR and its licensors retain rights in the platform, designs, code, documentation and trademarks. Each party must protect confidential information and use it only for the agreed purpose.

Access may be suspended for security risk, unlawful use, material breach or non-payment, subject to the applicable agreement. Export and deletion follow the contract, DPA and Retention and Deletion Policy.

8. Liability, law and contact

Warranties, indemnities and liability limits are governed by the signed agreement and mandatory law. Unless another agreement controls, Mexican law applies. Questions: hola@allorahr.com.
