1. Pricing and scope

Displayed prices are estimates in Mexican pesos before VAT unless stated otherwise. The signed proposal confirms active users, modules, companies, implementation, integrations, additional development, billing cycle and payment terms.

2. Invoicing and payment

Invoices and accepted payment methods depend on the commercial agreement. Customers must provide accurate billing and tax information and pay undisputed amounts by the agreed due date.

3. Changes in users or scope

Additions, reductions and module changes take effect and are prorated only as defined in the proposal or contract. Website examples do not replace those terms.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation requirements, notice periods and effective dates follow the signed agreement. Access, export and deletion after termination follow the contract, DPA and retention policy.

5. Refunds and credits

Fees are non-refundable unless the signed agreement or mandatory law provides otherwise. Any discretionary service credit does not amend future billing.

6. Taxes, currency and contact

Applicable VAT and other taxes are added as required. The proposal identifies the billing currency. Questions should be sent to hola@allorahr.com with the customer and invoice reference.
