1. What the feature does
Depending on configuration, an attendance record may include a photograph, identity-verification result, timestamp, device information and location associated with a clock-in or clock-out.
2. Purpose
The information supports attendance verification, exception review, time records and related HR administration. It must not be reused for unrelated monitoring or profiling.
3. Customer responsibility
The employer or customer must identify a lawful basis, provide notice, obtain consent when required, define permitted locations and users, and offer an alternative when legally necessary.
4. Access and decisions
Access should be limited to authorized roles. A failed or uncertain identity or location result should be reviewed by a person and not treated as conclusive evidence by itself.
5. Retention and rights
Retention follows customer instructions, the contract and applicable employment and privacy obligations. Individuals may exercise rights through their employer or the ARCO procedure.
6. Security and questions
Reasonable access and transmission safeguards apply, but no system is absolutely secure. Questions and requests may be sent to privacidad@allorahr.com. Commercial and billing questions may be sent to hola@allorahr.com.
