1. Scope and roles

This notice applies to the AlloraHR website, platform and related services. AlloraHR acts as a processor when it handles workforce data on a customer’s documented instructions, and as a controller for account owners, administrators, website visitors, billing contacts and commercial communications.

2. Information we process

Depending on the modules and services used, information may include contact and employment details, government identifiers, payroll and banking information, documents, attendance records, performance information, candidate data, device and usage data, and support communications.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We process information to provide and support the service, administer accounts, operate HR and payroll workflows, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, respond to requests and improve the product. The applicable ground may be contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent.

4. Sharing and subprocessors

Information may be shared with the customer that controls the account, authorized service providers, authorities when legally required, or parties involved in a corporate transaction. AlloraHR does not sell personal data for third-party marketing. Current providers are identified in the Subprocessor List.

5. Security, transfers and retention

Retention depends on purpose, customer instructions, contract and applicable labor, tax and privacy obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, rectification, cancellation or deletion, opposition or restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. In Mexico these are commonly known as ARCO rights. Requests are handled through the published ARCO Rights Procedure.

7. Cookies and automated decisions

The public website uses cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy. AlloraHR does not use personal data to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without meaningful human involvement.
