1. Purpose and scope
AI-assisted features may help organize information, compare criteria, summarize records or surface context. Availability varies by module and contracted scope.
2. Human accountability
Outputs are recommendations or supporting context, not final decisions. Authorized users remain responsible for reviewing sources, correcting errors and making employment or business decisions.
3. Prohibited use
Users must not rely on AI as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, use it to discriminate, submit unlawful data, extract protected system information or present unverified output as fact.
4. Data and quality
Output quality depends on source data, configuration and context. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate or biased. Customers are responsible for lawful input, relevant criteria and appropriate review.
5. Transparency and challenges
Where an AI-assisted output affects a workflow, organizations should communicate its supporting role and provide an appropriate path for review or correction.
6. Security, providers and changes
AI providers, if used, are subject to contracted scope and applicable subprocessor disclosures. Questions and requests may be sent to privacidad@allorahr.com. Commercial and billing questions may be sent to hola@allorahr.com.
